The event is organized by Brooklyn-based educators – Hands on World, International School of Brooklyn, Lango and the Language and Laughter Studio. Join us for a symposium that showcases the work of educators, community groups, and researchers in the area of global education.

Homa Sabet Tavangar, author of the widely-acclaimed, Random House release, Growing Up Global: Raising Children to Be At Home in the World, will begin the afternoon with a presentation about how every child can grow up to be global. Participants will then be invited to attend a series of workshops and panel sessions.
